Secrets of Faith – the root of Expectation, which leads us to the Kingdom of God.

Introduction

The primary step of faith is expecting from God. So far in this universe no one got failure on their expectation from the God as per his will. The every step of successes of the Christian life is based on his true faith on Jesus.

Expectation varies depending upon your faith in God. Hence faith varies from person to person, similarly, the result also varies. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Hebrews 13:8For God shows no partiality.

Romans 2:11 Most of the Christian got only the false imagination about God. People think God as a policeman who always watch us to give punishment when we do wrong. Some other people think, ‘I am not so worth to get anything from God, of course it is fine.

Similarly, in this universe it is true people never get even one small favour from God, hence none is good enough before God, rather God our Father is more loving towards us. He is made for each of us and that’s why He created us in his own image.

My child, don’t reject the Lord’s discipline, and don’t be upset when he corrects you. For the Lord corrects those he loves, just as a father corrects a child in whom he   3.12.5. For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favour lasts a lifetime! Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning.

He created us, never completes His creation in a wrong way and ultimately it is not his wishes.  Instead if we request compromise for our sin, He the Lord who created us came for us and sacrificed Himself,   and He wanted us to live in His eternal glory in the Holy Heaven, which is his  .

This truth was very well aware to our common enemy -serpent. Hence he always Show the wrong picture of our Father in Heaven till date. One who has the anointing of the Holy Spirit can able understand his trick. As the Scripture says, “The serpent deceived me,” she replied. “That’s why I ate it. Genesis 3:13

At times people feel dejected when the Lord does not answer the prayer, the hidden treasure behind that is, that might not be the will of God. God meets most of the expectations of the people, which will be the true will of God, for instance in the life of David – he fasted and prayed that the child should not die (the first child born for him and Bathsheba) but the child was dead, which is the will of God.

In the life of Jesus, before He could suffer, He prayed to the Lord to take away this vessel of suffering, but the prayer was not answered as that was the Lord’s will that He should suffer for His glory.

Believe the unbelievable

Expecting the unexpected, believing the unbelievable is faith and the foundation of Christian life. Everyone needs to meet certain expectations as they go through life. Parents have expectations about their children. Spouses have expectations on one another.

Employers and employees come to the job situation with certain expectation. Life without expectation is a life without meaning. Sunrise makes our mornings beautiful, but the words of GOD strengthen us & make our lives more meaningful.

When we ask God for answers, they come from His perspective. They are not always same as our expectations, because only He knows the whole and our expectation is to coincide with the will of God.

David expected his child to live but, certainly not and in the life of Jesus, our father accepted all his expectation. In the life of Jesus, before He could suffer, He prayed to the Lord to take away this vessel of suffering, but the prayer was not answered as that was the Lord’s will that He should suffer for His glory.

It does not matter whether our father accepts our expectation or not, hence everything will be decided by our heavenly father, which will be always good for us. Moreover, our heavenly father doesn’t know to do evil to us.

Jesus said to the disciples, “Have faith in God. I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart.

I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours.  But when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your sins, too.” Mark 11.22-25

Faith is a strong word, but the true strength of its meaning starts from within us. If you have faith on God, you have the power of facing any challenge anywhere. The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.

Luke 16:16 and David says, He lifts the poor from the dust and the needy from the garbage dump. Psalm 113.7.The Lord is for me, so I will have no fear.  What can mere people do to me? Yes, the Lord is for me; he will help me.118 6-7 .Though a mighty army surrounds me, my heart will not be afraid.  Even if I am attacked, I will remain confident Psalm 27.3.Be believe in Lord as David, One more secrete I want to tell to you God loves you as He loves David. For God shows no partiality. Romans 2:11.  And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him. Hebrews 11:6  Just as the body is dead without breath, so also faith is dead without good works James 2:26

Faith andExpectation

Our expectation is depends upon our faith and expecting the unexpected, believing the unbelievable is based on your faith on God. Those who faith on Jesus never fails in their expectation. That is why I am suffering here in prison. But I am not ashamed of it, for I know the one in whom I trust, and I am sure that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him until the day of his return.2 Timothy 1.12 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful.  And now the prize awaits me—the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me on the day of his return. And the prize is not just for me but for all who eagerly look forward to his appearing.2 Timothy 4.7-8.  Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up.

And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.  We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honour beside God’s throne. Here, are few proof from the word of Jesus how our faith on Jesus will succeeded.

Jesus and your Faith

Jesus turned around, and when he saw her he said, “Daughter, be encouraged! Your faith has made you well.” And the woman was healed at that moment. Matthew 9.22 Dear woman,” Jesus said to her, “your faith is great. Your request is granted.”

And her daughter was instantly healed. Matthew 15.28Seeing their faith, Jesus said to the paralyzed man, “My child, your sins are forgiven.” Matthew 2 .5. And he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace. Your suffering is over.”Mark 5:34. And Jesus said to him, “Go, for your faith has healed you.”

Instantly the man could see, and he followed Jesus down the road. Mark 10:52And Jesus said to the man, “Stand up and go. Your faith has healed you.”Luke 17:19And Jesus said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace.” Luke 7:50Then he asked them, “Where is your faith?” The disciples were terrified and amazed. “Who is this man?” they asked each other. “When he gives a command, even the wind and waves obey him!” Luke 8:25And Jesus said, “All right, receive your sight! Your faith has healed you.” Luke 18:42

Recently our poor television preacher never use the word “your faith”, moreover they don’t honour their faith in God, further they take all the honour for themselves and show themselves as more holy man, they don’t want to honour Lord Jesus.

But speak, think, and walk with proud and spent much more money for this advertisement and act as a film star on the stage and spent the offering money   given by the poor in a bad way and their own follower say our Bro or Dr.so and so prayed to the Lord and so I have received the miracle and so on.

Furthermore, the follower of the Bro. or Dr.will explain in deeply that wherever our Bro. goes God followed him and did many miracle. Come and be blessed and so on. But God says, I will not let my reputation be tarnished, and I will not share my glory with idols! Isaiah 48.11. If I take his honourable glory to myself then it proves that I am an idol.

I am not the servant of God no more. I will be isolate from the kingdom of God is True. Dear beloved Brother please take it more seriously. Be not deceived; God is not a mocker: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.Galatians .6 .7

Here is an example of Jesus

The crowd laughed at him. But he asked them all to leave, and he took the girl’s father and mother and his three disciples into the room where the girl was lying.  Holding her hand, he said to her, “Talithakoum,” which means “Little girl, get up!”  And the girl, who was twelve years old, immediately stood up and walked around! They were overwhelmed and totally amazed.

Jesus gave them strict orders not to tell anyone what had happened, and then he told them to give her something to eat. Mark 5. 40-43 There are four kinds of expectation: positive, negative, neutral and misguided

Positive Expectation (Two blind men Constant bleeding woman)

Positive expectation is demonstrated by the two blind men and bleeding woman .As Jesus and the disciples left the town of Jericho, a large crowd followed behind.  Two blind men were sitting beside the road

. When they heard that Jesus was coming that way, they began shouting, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!” “Be quiet!” the crowd yelled at them. But they only shouted louder, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!” When Jesus heard them, he stopped and called, “What do you want me to do for you?”3 “Lord,” they said, “we want to see!” 34 Jesus felt sorry for them and touched their eyes. Instantly they could see! Then they followed him. Matthew 20; 29.34

In Mark 5, Jesus went with him, and all the people followed, crowding around him.  A woman in the crowd had suffered for twelve years with constant bleeding. She had suffered a great deal from many doctors, and over the years she had spent everything she had to pay them, but she had gotten no better.

In fact, she had gotten worse.  She had heard about Jesus, so she came up behind him through the crowd and touched his robe. For she thought to herself, “If I can just touch his robe, I will be healed.”  Immediately the bleeding stopped, and she could feel in her body that she had been healed of her terrible condition.

Jesus realized at once that healing power had gone out from him, so he turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched my robe?” His disciples said to him, “Look at this crowd pressing around you. How can you ask, ‘Who touched me?’” But he kept on looking around to see who had done it.

33 Then the frightened woman, trembling at the realization of what had happened to her, came and fell to her knees in front of him and told him what she had done. And he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace. Your suffering is over.”Mark5.24-34 Here, she expect the unexpected, believe in the unbelievable

Positive expectation contains these elements this woman demonstrated:

First, she said if she could touch Jesus, she would be healed

Next, she acted: she pressed through the crowd and touched Jesus.

Then, she received and felt the power of God make her well.

All the leader like Abraham, Nova, Moses, Elijah & Elisha, David, Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and many others expect the unexpected, believe in the unbelievable, and achieve the unachievable and prepared themself for greater things! Be excited, be expectant and expand. The Lord is our God. And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.

For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. And having chosen them, he called them to come to him. And having called them, he gave them right standing with himself. And having given them right standing, he gave them his glory. Romans 8.28-30

Esau’s Expectation (Negative expectation)

Negative expectation is like Esau expectation, “The whole world stinks!” It is a general attitude of negativity and he don’t want to act on his rights as the firstborn son given and earn by the Lord. . “Look, I’m dying of starvation!” said Esau. “What good is my birth right to me now?” Genesis 25:32 It is really more valuable one and he is not value it and inactive and he is not Trust the Lord for anything anywhere in his whole life.

He gone on his own way don’t care for anything’s, One day when Jacob was cooking some stew, Esau arrived home from the wilderness exhausted and hungry. Esau said to Jacob, “I’m starved! Give me some of that red stew!” “All right,” Jacob replied, “but trade me your rights as the firstborn son. “But Jacob said, “First you must swear that your birth right is mine.”

So Esau swore an oath, thereby selling all his rights as the firstborn to his brother, Jacob. Genesis 25:29-33 and Esau definitely know about Abrahamand El-Shaddai—‘God Almighty through his father Jacob. Esau married two Hittite wives and two young women from Canaan which is against the will of God, moreover he was even don’t know the will of God..

Eli’s and Saul expectation (Neutral expectation)

Some people never decide to act upon the Word of God or make any changes in their lives like today. This is the most of the Christians and the shepherd of present condition. They are not atheist nor Christian, This is called neutral expectation; their expectation never gets out of neutral.

“Someday” never comes and they are stuck in the same place. I know what you have done; I know that you are neither cold nor hot. How I wish you were either one or the other!  But because you are lukewarm, neither hot nor cold, I am going to spit you out of my mouth! Revelation 3.15-16

Eli’s Disobedience a warning for his Family (Neutral expectation)

“Therefore, the Lord, the God of Israel, says: I promised that your branch of the tribe of Levi would always be my priests. But I will honour those who honour me, and I will despise those who think lightly of me.  The time is coming when I will put an end to your family, so it will no longer serve as my priests. All the members of your family will die before their time. None will reach old age.

You will watch with envy as I pour out prosperity on the people of Israel. But no members of your family will ever live out their days.  Those who survive will live in sadness and grief, and their children will die a violent death.  And to prove that what I have said will come true, I will cause your two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, to die on the same day!1 Samuel 2.30-34, But Jesus turned and said to them, “Daughters of Jerusalem, don’t weep for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children Luke 23.28.

You may be the servant of God and you may be used by God but, what about your children Therefor the time is coming, we everyone need to cry for our children before God. You may be very busy in your ministries, which is fine, but spent time for your children as well.

Think about David’s children Solomon and others, Solomon the world’s highest wise man, who’s name was not present in the list of believer in the New Testament and sons of great Samuelprophet were not so good as his father and God unable to use them in his service. God judges everyone the same. It doesn’t matter who they are.

Saul’s Disobedience and Samuel’s rebuke (Neutral expectation)

In the beginning….

Meanwhile, Saul stayed at Gilgal, and his men were trembling with fear.  Saul waited there seven days for Samuel, as Samuel had instructed him earlier, but Samuel still didn’t come. Saul realized that his troops were rapidly slipping away.  So he demanded, “Bring me the burnt offering and the peace offerings!” And Saul sacrificed the burnt offering himself.

Just as Saul was finishing with the burnt offering, Samuel arrived. Saul went out to meet and welcome him, 11 but Samuel said, “What is this you have done?”

Saul replied, “I saw my men scattering from me, and you didn’t arrive when you said you would, and the Philistines are at Micmash ready for battle.  So I said, ‘The Philistines are ready to march against us at Gilgal, and I haven’t even asked for the Lord’s help!’ So I felt compelled to offer the burnt offering myself before you came.” “How foolish!” Samuel exclaimed.

“You have not kept the command the Lord your God gave you. Had you kept it, the Lord would have established your kingdom over Israel forever.  But now your kingdom must end, for the Lord has sought out a man after his own heart. The Lord has already appointed him to be the leader of his people, because you have not kept the Lord’s command.”1 Samuel 13.7-14

Secondly…….

Saul and his men spared Agag’s life and kept the best of the sheep and goats, the cattle, the fat calves, and the lambs—everything, in fact, that appealed to them. They destroyed only what was worthless or of poor quality.1 Samuel 15:9

“I am sorry that I ever made Saul king, for he has not been loyal to me and has refused to obey my command.” Samuel was so deeply moved when he heard this that he cried out to the Lord all night.1 Samuel 15:11

And he ordered his bodyguards, “Kill these priests of the Lord, for they are allies and conspirators with David! They knew he was running away from me, but they didn’t tell me!” But Saul’s men refused to kill the Lord’s priests.1 Samuel 22:17

Finally

So Saul disguised himself by wearing ordinary clothing instead of his royal robes. Then he went to the woman’s home at night, accompanied by two of his men. “I have to talk to a man who has died,” he said. “Will you call up his spirit for me?” “Are you trying to get me killed?” the woman demanded.

“You know that Saul has outlawed all the mediums and all who consult the spirits of the dead. Why are you setting a trap for me?1 Samuel 28:9

But Samuel replied, “Why ask me, since the Lord has left you and has become your enemy? The Lord has done just as he said he would. He has torn the kingdom from you and given it to your rival, David.

The Lord has done this to you today because you refused to carry out his fierce anger against the Amalekites. What’s more, the Lord will hand you and the army of Israel over to the Philistines tomorrow, and you and your sons will be here with me. The Lord will bring down the entire army of Israel in defeat.”1 Samuel 28:19.So, in any bad situation don’t go and surrender to anybody even he may be apriests or profits except God.

But David always followed like Jesus, where he did not surrender to anybody in any situation in his whole life, except His father all time. Please take care dear beloved brother don’t give any chance to anybody or anything even in your ministries or job in the world to take the place of Jesus.

In the world if a dust person can lift you in your Ministries or anything you do, why not Jesus, He is able to lift you too.  Although Saul who was anointed by the God Himself use David but, when the situation changed he reject his growth and try to destroy him. We don’t know which sprit will enter into which person who are prepared them self-ready. Belief Jesus in more than enough. He make and show the correct way in all-time.

Be encouraged and Jesus will encourage you .If anybody encourage or discourage you be constant like Jesus and humble yourself and watch always the Lord. He will speak the correct word in your inner heart. Respect the word that’s more than enough.

“Then if anyone tells you, ‘look, here is the Messiah,’ or ‘There he is,’ don’t believe it.  For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform great signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God’s chosen ones.  See, I have warned you about this ahead of time. Matthew 24-24

Naaman – misguided expectation

An example of misguided expectation is when Naaman expected Elisha to wave his hand over him and his leprosy to disappear. Instead, he had to humble himself to dip seven times in the muddy river.

Like Naaman, who was offended at the prophet’s instructions, we must make adjustments, swallow our pride and obey the Word of the Lord in order to get a miracle. But Naaman became angry and stalked away. “I thought he would certainly come out to meet me!” he said. “I expected him to wave his hand over the leprosy and call on the name of the LORD his God and heal me2 Kings 5:11
