Remain in Jesus love
Together in the Body of Christ!
Receive Various Crowns in eternity …!
If the work survives, that builder will receive a reward.1 Corinthians 3:14. The builder is who build the Body of Christ. Each and every one part of the body is have equal in responsibility and to be respected another one. If the body is separated part by part then it is not a living body but, non-living dead body’s part which make pollution, increase the hygienic problem in that area and create many diseases. When separate from the body of Christ is separate from Christ!
Jesus said, in John: 15 “I am the true grapevine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch of mine that doesn’t produce fruit, and he prunes the branches that do bear fruit so they will produce even more. You have already been pruned and purified by the message I have given you. Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me.
“Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing. Anyone who does not remain in me is thrown away like a useless branch and withers. Such branches are gathered into a pile to be burned. But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted! When you produce much fruit, you are my true disciples. This brings great glory to my Father.
“I have loved you even as the Father has loved me. Remain in my love. When you obey my commandments, you remain in my love, just as I obey my Father’s commandments and remain in his love. John-: 1-10
- Jesus died for us and has raised for us not on any demand or for any reward from our Father
- Jesus did not eagerly expect anything from us for His greatest love, which was proved by giving His own life for us
- Jesus did not saleHis Holy Blood which is more valuable than the Earth and Heaven-But
- Jesus just expected to love Him and our Heavenly father with all our heart, soul, strength and understanding
- One who has tasted the true love of God, will never turn to the world and will not sin again, further he will hate it.Keep on sinning will result in handing over Jesus to be crucified againand forgetting His Holy love.
- Above all, love one’s neighbour as oneself, is more than all the whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.” Mark 12:33
- Jesus did not compel anyone to live a righteous life and to do His Holy Ministries. Moreover He says in Matthew 10:38, And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me.
- In Matthew 16:24 then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. Therefore, deny yourself, and take up the cross, and follow Him, this truth is much more important than doing the Ministry, the net result is attained only if you carry the cross.
- Today most of the people wanted to do ministry, but in their personal life they may not be willing to follow, this is the most prior thing, unless this is fulfilled, even if they preach to others it will be a major failure of Christians today.. Why is it happening every day and there may be many reasons behind it, further we are notsupposed to Judge others regarding anything. But it is the favourable part for our common enemy Lucifer, a fallen angel better known as Satan
Loving one another will lead us to oneness
Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? Romans 8:35.Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honouring each other. Romans 12:10.Which do you choose? Should I come with a rod to punish you, or should I come with love and a gentle spirit? 1 Corinthians 4:21
Jesus says, you did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you. John 14:13.I love God’s law with all my heart. Romans 7:22 .And do everything with love. 1 Corinthians 16:14
Those who are doing Ministries honestly are the servant of God, because Jesus loves us at first even when we are the sinner. But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. Romans 5:8 Hence it is everybody responsibility to explain the Good News which we have received from the Heaven through Jesus is the one side of coin.
The another side is our heavenly Father and our Elder Brother Jesus also loves us and die for us out of love without any expectation from us. Since Jesus advise us to love our neighbour and even to love our enemy .Those who love Jesus will be obey His loving commands will be love our beloved neighbours and our everybody response is to show the love of Jesus among us. So it is the mighty loving Ministries and learn to love our enemy, hence do everything with love. Without love we can’t save.
Without love we can’t do any God’s Ministries. So we to humble our self before God .So stop telling lies. Let us tell our neighbours the truth, for we are all parts of the same body. Ephesians 4:25
Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness Colossians 2:7
Apostle of Jesus Christ Paul says:
“For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if anyone builds on this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, each one’s work will become clear; for the day will declare it, because it will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is.
If anyone’s work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward. If anyone’s work is burned, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as by fire.” 1 Corinthians 3:11
First off, this is talking about rewards, not salvation. Salvation was settled when the builder agreed to build on the foundation of Jesus Christ, who is the only foundation in this discussion. This happened when we received Jesus as Lord and Savior by confessing our sin, believing God raised Him from the dead, and confessing with our mouth Jesus Christ as Lord. Without Jesus you have no foundation and are building on quicksand.
Next we see there are two different types of material we are building with. Gold, silver and precious stones, or wood, hay and straw. What’s the significance? Gold, silver and precious stones can’t burn, wood hay and straw will. I believe for each of all of us, there will be some mix of the two, some more of one, some more of the other. Some will have only ashes left. And what do these materials represent? Our works during our life on Earth.
That speaks of our works. What we do for Christ and to glorify God is building gold, silver and precious stones. What we do for our own gratification or to glorify ourselves or for the praise of men is building wood, hay and straw. Works done without Jesus as the head and chief motivation for doing them are also wood, hay and straw.
Not only will what we do be taken into account, but our motives for doing them. Jesus in the book of Matthew gave warning about this. He covered three areas in this, giving alms, prayer and fasting. He instructed that these things were to be done in secret, not to be seen of men. If we do these things secretly with the motive of pleasing God, we will have a reward from God.
This is building gold, silver and precious stones. But, if we do these things in public with the motive of impressing others or receiving praise from men, we already have our reward. The thing we desired in doing these things is all the reward we will get, we will get none from God (Matthew 6:1-18). This is building wood hay and straw.
These symbols represent the quality of our works (1 Corinthians 3:13) in proportion to the opportunity we had to do them, as well as what we do. Remember the lady who had only two mites to give? Jesus said she had given more than all those who had given of their abundance, for she had given her whole living (Luke 21:1-4).
Now picture this. We are all lined up before the Judgment Seat of Christ, each with a cart loaded with these symbols of our life’s works. Each cart in turn is pushed through a roaring furnace of fire, and comes out the other side all ablaze. When the fire subsides, the wood, hay and straw are all burned up and nothing remains but the gold, silver and precious stones. Some will have carts heaped high with treasure, some will have little, and some will have nothing but ashes and a big cloud of smoke from the wood, hay and straw.
We are then rewarded according to what remains on each cart. For those who have nothing but ashes left, there will be no reward, but they themselves are still saved because it is Jesus who bought our salvation, not anything we have done (beyond receiving Him and His mercy). But for those whose work is all burned up their salvation will be like that of someone rescued from a burning house, with nothing left but the smell of smoke.
When I am with those who are weak, I share their weakness, for I want to bring the weak to Christ. Yes, I try to find common ground with everyone, doing everything I can to save some. I do everything to spread the Good News and share in its blessings. Don’t you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win! All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize. So I run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadowboxing. I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified. •1. Corinthians 9.22-27
Various Crowns that will be given for different areas of work
What is our reward? The Bible speaks of various crowns that will be given for different areas of work and being faithfulness to Jesus. Some examples:
Corinthians 9.25, an incorruptible crown;
- 1 Thessalonians 2:19, a crown of rejoicing (those we have led to Christ);
- 2 Timothy 4:8, a crown of righteousness for all who love His coming;
- James 1:12, a crown of life for who have successfully endured temptation;
- 1 Peter 5:1-4, a crown of life to those elders (pastors) who have faithfully shepherded their flocks
- Revelation 2:10, a crown of life to those who have remained faithful until death in the face of persecution; and there may well be more. There are also rewards for servants (we are all servants to God and Jesus) who are faithful to do their work and use the resources God has given them.
- Matthew 25 speaks of such being awarded positions of higher responsibility, and
- Luke 19:11.It being given cities to rule over. In both parables the wicked servant who hid his master’s money and returned it without using it to earn more was ordered thrown into outer darkness, thus showing his lack of faith.
Once the rapture occurs, which could be at any moment, all opportunity to earn rewards will be over. In view of this, are we doing everything we can to work for the glory of God and bring the lost into the fold? And what gives God more glory than lost souls coming into His kingdom? Let’s get busy while there’s still time!
For those of you who have never trusted Jesus it’s going to be a whole different ball game. If you wait until the after the rapture to put your trust in Jesus, you will find yourself left behind in a world of chaos, confusion and strong delusion. Yes, you can be saved after the rapture, but it will probably be at the cost of your physical life, and you will have to endure whatever part of the tribulation you go through before you are killed.
There will be great persecution, and the Antichrist and his minions will be working to seek out and kill all who cling to Jesus. Further, you will have to endure the judgments of the tribulation, at least until you die or are killed. It will be an extremely difficult time.
For those who have known the way of salvation and refused or neglected it, 2 Thessalonians says you will be sent strong delusion, that you along with all others who have rejected Jesus might all be damned who refused the love of the truth. And if you receive the mark of the beast (Revelation 13) you will be forever doomed, there is no turning back once you have received it.
In view of all this, we who know Jesus need to be busy about our Lord’s work, doing what we can to persuade the lost to come to Jesus and be saved.
For those of you reading this that have never trusted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, NOW is the day of salvation, NOW is the accepted time. Do it today! You don’t know what tomorrow may bring. You might end up kissing a semi, and going out into eternity lost. You might die of a heart attack. The rapture might come and you’d be left behind. You have no assurance of tomorrow. Ask foryourself; is it worth risking eternal torment in the fires of hell for just one more day of sinful pleasure?
Run to Jesus! Time is short, much shorter than you think. Do it now!
We the body of Christ
The church of Jesus Christ is referred to here as Christ’s body–the medium through which he works here on earth. Just as the different parts of the body coordinate together, so the community of Christ must work together to accomplish its task. Just as the different parts of the human body work together, so the different parts (people) of the church are called to cooperate and work together to accomplish the goals of the church’s. The Bible wasn’t written to us, but for us. Thankfully, the role of the Church in the world and our roles, as believers in this Body, remain constant.
For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you. Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others Romans .12:3-5
This passage is a memorable description of how the diverse members of Christ’s church all fit together. Using the analogy of the human body and its many different parts, each with its unique function, we learn that each of us has a special role to play in the kingdom of God. Nobody’s talent is “better” than anybody else’s–we’re all working together to serve the body of Christ
While all Christians are unique individuals with their own strengths and spiritual gifts, we are also all part of something greater than any of us individually–the body of Christ. The metaphor of a human body is used to describe Christ’s church here. Each individual limb and ligament supports the others, to create a functioning whole body–just as the individual members of a church work together to support the whole Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father; 1 Thessalonians 1:3 4.The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ? 1 Corinthians 10:16.
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. 2 Corinthians 5:10
The metaphor of a human body is used to describe Christ’s church here. Each individual limb and ligament supports the others, to create a functioning whole body–just as the individual members of a church work together to support the whole. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work. Ephesians 4:15-16
So in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others Romans 12:5.While all Christians are unique individuals with their own strengths and spiritual gifts, we are also all part of something greater than any of us individually–the body of Christ. For when one says, “I am of Paul,” and another, “I am of Apollos,” are you not carnal? 1 Corinthians 3.4
Watering, Working, Warning
Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers through whom you believed, as the Lord gave to each one? I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase. So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase. Now he who plants and he who waters are one, and each one will receive his own reward according to his own labour.
For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, you are God’s building. According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it. For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
Now if anyone builds on this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, each one’s work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is. If anyone’s work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward. If anyone’s work is burned, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.
Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are
Avoid Worldly Wisdom
Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, “He catches the wise in their own craftiness”; and again, “The Lord knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are futile.” Therefore let no one boast in men. For all things are yours: whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas, or the world or life or death, or things present or things to come—all are yours. And you are Christ’s, and Christ is God’s. 1 Corinthians 3.5-23
Build on the Rock
“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: Matthew 7:24 “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: Matthew 7:26
But he who heard and did nothing is like a man who built a house on the earth without a foundation, against which the stream beat vehemently; and immediately it fell. And the ruin of that house was great.” Luke 6:49 [The Parable of the Wicked Vinedressers] “Hear another parable: There was a certain landowner who planted a vineyard and set a hedge around it, dug a winepress in it and built a tower. And he leased it to vinedressers and went into a far country. Matthew 21:33
In whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit. Ephesians 2:21-22.
Despite man’s advancement in many areas, human relationships continue to present problems all over the world. Business concerns and agencies spend huge sums employing personnel to promote harmony among workers.
Well, one might think it is understandable that self-centered, unconverted people find it difficult to get along with each other, but surely when people are born-again and have become new creatures in Christ, such problems can never arise. For, after all, when God is the center of one’s life and service, what possible room can there being for the petty problems that besiege others?
Yet, sadly, no proof is needed of the fact that Christians fight and quarrel with each other, all over the world. Many are not even on speaking terms with some of their fellow-Christians; some cannot even stand the sight of certain other Christians. The Name of God continues to be disgraced in the world by the behavior of professing believers. Hence, the basic requirement to build our body of Christ has two dimensions. One the personnel perfect relationship with the Lord and another is with Human relation with our neighbour.
Jesus says in Matthew 18:20. For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them.” Here, why Jesus reduce the number of followers to two orthree? Hence it is very difficult that day because, they are not yet receive the Holy Spirit. But today the situation is completely changed. Because before they receiving the Holy Spirit they are eagerly discuses about who is the next master after Jesus among them. But after received the Holy Spirit there is no such question raised between them which prove the unity in Christ. Whenever we received the Holy Spirit those who wants to be a leader to be become a servant of God and his people. So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31
Which help us to be the Body of Christ?
Which help us to be the Body of Christ?
Jesus says love your God and Love your neighbour and your enemy.
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with thy entire mind. .
Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. Matthew 22:36-40
Teaching about Love for Enemies
“You have heard the law that says, ‘Love your neighbour’] and hate your enemy. But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you! In that way, you will be acting as true children of your Father in heaven. For he gives his sunlight to both the evil and the good, and he sends rain on the just and the unjust alike. If you love only those who love you, what reward is there for that? Even corrupt tax collectors do that much. If you are kind only to your friends, how are you different from anyone else? Even pagans do that. But you are to be perfect, even as your Father in heaven is perfect. Matthew 5:43-48
But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. Luke 6:35.A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another John 13:34 .
Apostle Paul‘s Explanation on the characteristic of love
If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but do not have love, I have become a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. And if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I deliver my body to be burned, but do not have love, it profits me nothing.
Love is patient, love is kind, and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails; but if there are gifts of prophecy, they will be done away; if there are tongues, they will cease; if there is knowledge, it will be done away. For we know in part, and we prophesy in part; but when the perfect comes, the partial will be done away.
When I was a child, I used to speak as a child, think as a child, reason as a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things. For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face; now I know in part, but then I shall know fully just as I also have been fully known. 13 But now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. 1 Corinthians 13 .1-13
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. Galatians 5:22-23
So in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.Romans 12:4-6.No one should seek their own well, but the good of others.1 Corinthians 10:23-25.Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.Ephesians 4:32 and Paul says, who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? Romans 8:35
Conclusion
We know that God does not listen to sinners, but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does his will, God listens to him. John 9:31If one turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer is an abomination. Proverbs 28:9The Lord is far from the wicked, but he hears the prayer of the righteous. Proverbs 15:29. If I had cherished iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not have listened. Psalm 66:18. But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hidden his face from you so that he does not hear. Isaiah 59:2. You ask and do not receive, because you ask wrongly, to spend it on your passions. James 4:3
The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. James 5:16.For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.” 1 Peter 3:12.If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9
Friendship with the world is enmity with God
You adulterous people! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. James 4:4. For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1. Timothy2:5.Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3.If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. John 15:7.But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who a doubt is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; James 1:6-7
But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulphur, which is the second death.” Revelation 21:8
And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God.. Colossians.3:14-16.1 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever.Chronicles 16:34
