Present trend on Christian Leadership and true Obedient Servant of God?
God seek whom Is the leader or the Obedient person
To build the kingdom of God….!
Dear beloved Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Greetings in the sweet name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
The Good New(News) and the Real Gospel.
Is not for seeking anything’s from the follower…..
First of all I want to express my deep thoughts and feelings to you. This message is not only for others. This message is given by the Lord to me first and then for my beloved brother and then others who want to be a Jesus. Because, we are all knowingly or unknowingly struggling too much every day to walk our master footstep! Hence, the spiritual leader who wrote maximum book in the New Testaments says,
From apostles Paul.
I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified. In 1 Corinthians 9:26-27.
He also says in 2 Corinthians 11, but I don’t consider myself inferior in any way to these “super apostles” who teach such things. Was I wrong when I humbled myself and honored you by preaching God’s Good News to you without expecting anything in return…….?(2 Corinthians 11:7) I will gladly spend myself and all I have for you, even though it seems that the more I love you, the less you love me.2 Corinthians 12:15
Dear loving Brother to-day such Paul, a slave of Christ Jesus, chosen by God to be an apostle and sent out to preach his Good News is the major urgent required for t (to)built he Kingdom of God. And also the person who spend his own money and preach his Good News is the major required. And who pray day and night continually bow before the Lord like Daniel such Paul, like Jesus is badly needed. Always seeking asking and talking about financials needed is not the Good News. This is Goodness in a bad way.
Meanwhile, Zacchaeus stood before the Lord and said, “I will give half my wealth to the poor, Lord, and if I have cheated people on their taxes, I will give them back four times as much!”Luke 19:7-9. This is the true Gospel result. This is the Goodness in a good way and it is the Jesus way.
Their only suggestion was that we keep on helping the poor, which I have always been eager to do. Galatians 2:10
Matthew 11:5 the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised to life, and the Good News is being preached to the poor.
Jesus told him, “If you want to be perfect, go and sell all your possessions and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”
Matthew 19:20-22.Is the above all bad News? Please think my dear Bra. Please honor the word of Jesus Seeking always from poor people is against the Gospel and Good News.
Who in the world can be saved?
When we see in Matthew 19.25-26 the disciples were astounded. “Then who in the world can be saved?” they asked Jesus. Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But with God everything is possible.” Yes! It is also explain by Jesus in Luke 17:26
“When the Son of Man returns, it will be like it was in Noah’s day.
In those days, the people enjoyed banquets and parties and weddings right up to the time Noah entered his boat and the flood came and destroyed them all. Luke 17:26-28. Because, simply the Ark cannot just build by Noah and his small family. He may sold his all property and appoint many servant to build the very big ARK as per the Lord’s plan.
But those people who built the Ark will not able to enter the Ark is real. Then the results, we may work hard for the Lord if we are not update quality Christian it is impossible even to visit the heaven is real.
This is also explain by Jesus “Not everyone who calls out to me, ‘Lord! Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter.
On judgment day many will say to me, ‘Lord! Lord! We prophesied in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name.’ But I will reply, ‘I never knew you. Get away from me, you who break God’s laws.’ Matthew 7.21-23
Later, Jesus sat on the Mount of Olives. His disciples came to him privately and said, “Tell us, when all this will happen? What sign will signal your return and the end of the world? Jesus told them, “don’t let anyone mislead you, for many will come in my name, claiming, I am the Messiah.’ They will deceive many.
And you will hear of wars and threats of wars, but don’t panic. Yes, these things must take place, but the end won’t follow immediately. Nation will go to war against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in many parts of the world. But all this is only the first of the birth pains, with more to come.
“Then you will be arrested, persecuted, and killed. You will be hated all over the world because you are my followers. And many will turn away from me and betray and hate each other. And many false prophets will appear and will deceive many people.
Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and then the end will come. Matthew 24.3-9
I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly! But when the Son of Man returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith? “Luke 18:8. Therefore simply prophesied in Jesus name and cast out demons in Jesus name and performed many miracles in Jesus name are not a mark of those who actually do the will of our Father in heaven to whom can enter.
The Greatest Leader
Jesus was the greatest leader who ever walked the earth. This is evident by the principles he taught as well as the number of followers that propagated since his day. Considering the influence he has had in history, he would be the world leader of the greatest spiritual movement in the chronicles of mankind.
There is evidence to how he led recorded in the writings of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, which reflect his devotion to God, teaching about life and eternity, and the authority with which he spoke and acted on.
How he led was according to “the Spirit within him,” and the qualities of leadership were apparent in all his works. Leadership is influence; leadership is simple to understand in principle, and all one needs to do to know how leaders are defined, whether good or bad, is to look behind them and see how many faithful followers support him.
In this case, Jesus has had more willing, loyal, and devoted followers than any man has ever had. Leadership is the ability to rally people together for one cause, and this is exactly what Jesus did, and has done through time.
Qualities: Influence, Empathy, Virtue, Strength, Authority, Patience
Jesus Answer about leadership:
Jesus showed leadership by helping others Jesus said to his apostles “…whoever wishes to be great among you will be your servant; whoever wishes to be first among you will be the slave of all. For the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
Jesus said in order to be a leader you must be a servant to others (this is very different fromthe way that this evil world works. In this world the ‘leader’ tells others what to do for him/her – at work, at home, in govtetc). Jesus demonstrated leadership to the apostles in a way they would understand by bending down and washing their feet.
Jesus’s ultimate act of leadership was that he died for you and me – How does that sound for leadership? God sent his only son to die for you and for me. Everything Jesus said and did was to teach the way to salvation. Jesus said clearly that he is not a leader on earth:
“My kingdom is not of this world”.
Conclusion
A Godly leader never loses sight that Jesus Christ is King of the Kingdom, not the leader! (Rev 19:16). True leaders have a “first love” for Jesus and Jesus alone. Every word, deed, and action of the leader must glorify Jesus. The leader directs all attention, accolades and glory to the Lord Jesus, and never towards himself.
Godly leaders submit the direction and wisdom of God the Holy Spirit. The leader learns to wait upon the Lord, for his strength and wisdom to lead. This waiting is done from a position of intimacy with Jesus, in prayer and on the leader’s knees! 4. The leader directs all to the King (Acts 17:7). Godly leadership always submits to the authority of God, is never affected by the pressures of the men and women under his leadership. God must rule in all things. (Ps 103:19 and Colossians 1:18).
Godly leaders do not rule the body of Christ, they lead. They do this only by the Kingdom of God principles set forth by Jesus Christ. They do not decide or rule according to the world’s system. (See Isa 60:2). Godly leaders will always face the dark system of the world, and will be opposed by that system.. Godly leaders humble themselves before the Kingship of Jesus Christ. The leader knows he is placed there by the Lord Himself. So the only way the leader can lead, is by God’s ways. (John 18:36).
A Godly leader can only lead as God desires and requires, if the leader remains close to His Lord and King. The Leader must be accessible to those he leads, especially to the least. It is only by remaining close to the Lord that the Leader will not fall prey to “prideful leadership”.
Godly leaders lead by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, not by their own might or power. The leader chosen by God will seek wisdom from the counsel of those who are in love with Jesus, are obedient as a result of that first love for the Lord, and have a fear of God. The Godly leader can never fear man.. Only by being close to the Holy Spirit’s voice and heart, which is achieved in much prayer and meditation in God’s Word each day, will the Leader know the direction he is to go and or lead his people. This requires continual contrition of heart.
Godly Leaders “wash” the feet of those they lead; with love and sacrifice of self. Jesus must always be the Leader’s guidepost and pattern. Look to Jesus, who humbled himself from heaven’s throne, and lowered Himself to the Cross itself. Godly leaders realize that regardless of what life’s experiences and hardships they have faced, they do not deserve self gratification. The Godly leader will put himself aside until he dies, that only the will of God is satisfied and never compromised! To be a leader, one must enter the school of death unto self, and enter the life of servant hood. Everything must continually point to Jesus. All suffering must be accounted for joy, as unto the Lord Jesus.
Godly leaders reflect the face and image and heart of Jesus Christ. Because the Leader must have uninterrupted communion with Jesus, the leader must constantly examine his heart and repent. Fruit of that repentance must be evidenced in the life of the Godly Leader. ( Matt 4:17).
A Godly Leader is a vessel of God, by which the Lord works through, to the benefit of those he leads. Therefore, the Leader must submit himself to God as a living sacrifice- holy and acceptable unto God, the King of Glory!
A Godly leader must be above reproach, and not even have a tinge of impropriety. He must live his life according to the highest standards, as an ambassador of God. No compromise or watering down, or twisting of the Scriptures is to be tolerated, for the sake of self.. When people see the Godly leader, they see Jesus in that Leader, not the Leader.. Every Godly leader, without exception, must deny self in every area. This means crucifying all hopes, dreams, desires, or personal needs and laying them at the Cross and feet of Jesus Christ. As Jesus gave all of Himself and left nothing undone, so must the Godly leader.
When Jesus calls the Leader, the Leader must leave and forsake his life for the call.. The Godly leader does not call himself, or even aspire for leadership. His eyes must be on Jesus Christ and serving Him, by serving those the Lord has placed in his stewardship. Promotion is found only be service unto the Lord. The lower the servant finds himself before the Lord, in prayer, the higher the Lord will elevate and promote that servant.
Seeking Leadership for the purposes of attaining one’s self gratification or aspirations and reward will not be acceptable to God. That person’s offering will never be acceptable to Jesus.. The Godly leader does not give special treatment of any kind to those who have influence or financial capabilities. Wealth and influence do not affect Godly leaders. Only those who come to Jesus as a child, are those whom the Lord esteems. (Mk 10:14).
The traits of Godly leadership are love, faith, fear of God, compassion, kindness, meekness and long suffering. A Godly leader leads with mercy and grace. (Hob 4:16).. The Godly leader will always put self-last, and sacrifice himself for the will of God. Godly leaders are willing to face opposition and persecution and betrayal by those closest to them, for their uncompromising of the Kingdom of God’s principals and Word. When this opposition comes, the Godly leader will embrace the suffering. As they persecuted Jesus, the Godly leader shall be persecuted and maligned.
The Godly leader will never deny Christ, for the sake of self. The leader will not change, depending on whose company he may be in. A Godly leader, because he remains at the bosom of Jesus, and loves the Lord first, will not do one thing that might even offend the heart of the Lord.. The Godly leader does not adorn himself with crowns of gold; instead he will willingly accept a crown of thorns, if it be the will of God.. The Godly leader may have to face martyrdom for the sake of the call to Leadership. The Godly leader embraces the Cross and leads all to the Cross; never forsaking a more easy route and way. The Way of the Cross is the only path for the Leader.. The Godly leader must be a “disciple”, in order that he may lead and make disciples. The leader must therefore be a living example to those whom he leads, regardless of the cost to the leader.
Finally.
My humble and foremost request is this is not to judge any other. All the people who judge other in the New Testament were destroyed themselves and lost the Grace of LORD. One save by the Lord how can judge any other in the whole world. You must honesty pray for them with love and burden on him. Because, they are also our beloved brother.
